Full course rebuild for Claude Code 2.1
- New unit: Agent Skills — SKILL.md, when Claude picks a skill, plus plugins and marketplaces.
- New unit: Checkpoints & Sandboxing — /rewind, Esc Esc, and sandboxed Bash instead of permission fatigue.

- Reasoning rewritten: models are Opus 4.5 / Sonnet 4.5 / Haiku 4.5 with effort levels in /model — the old 'ultrathink' trick is retired.
